Last minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows present a hardship on my small business. I understand that things happen that are out of your control, and will always take that into consideration. A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without the cancellation fee. There will be 100% of the scheduled service charge for any cancellation less than 48 hours. If the appointment is no call/no-showed the day of the appointment, the card will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service. When the appointment is no call/no-showed, I cannot fill that space with any clients that have been waiting to get an appointment with me. When booking an appointment, a credit/debit card is required to hold the appointment and will be charged if this cancellation policy is not followed. New appointments rescheduled outside of the cancellation window to avoid the cancellation fee will be declined. No refunds for any reason.

***As ladies, we all get our menstrual cycles! I understand while seemingly uncomfortable, a wax service is able to be performed with the use of a tampon. While you may experience slight discomfort, there is no need to reschedule. The cancellation policy applies to menstrual cycles.
